Is Expandable Container House a Turnkey House?

To answer this question, we must first know the structure of expandable container house and transportation.

First of all, it is transformed on the basis of shipping containers, taking the frame of the shipping container as the center, expanding on both sides of it, and there are two ways of expanding: the first is by folding the frame and wall panels on both sides of the house, and the second is by pushing and pulling the frame outward from the center container frame. The expandable container house is the first one, after it is expanded, the house will look like three shipping containers connected together, so that the house can have more space to put bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. During transportation, we fold the extended two sides of the house, which is the frame and the wall panels, into the main frame in the center, and then it becomes the size of a shipping container again. In order to maximize the living space for our customers, the middle frame of the house is customized to the size of a 40High cube container. 

So that it can be perfectly put into the 40high cube container for transportation, before many customers asked us whether the house can be transported in 20GP/40GP container, I will say it is not possible. Because the internal height of normal 20GP/40GP container is 2.35 meters, while the internal height of 40 high cube container we use is 2.68 meters, much higher than 20GP/40GP container, which also means that we can make the house higher, to give the customers more living space. Of course, in countries like Australia and New Zealand, their local councils may have certain requirements for the internal height of the house to be 2.5 meters or more, we can also make a house of this height, no problem at all, but we need to use another transportation instrument, called Flat rack, and no longer use the 40High cube, because a house of this height, the 40high cube won't fit.

Regarding the interior of the house being pre-installed, we will install the entire bathroom for you, including the shower, toilet, and vanity. Since the bathroom is in the middle of the house,which is in the main frame part and not in the two sides extensions parts, the transportation will not affect the bathroom too much. Regarding the kitchen cabinets and windows, as I said earlier, the two sides of the house need to be folded up during shipping, and the kitchen cabinets and windows are located on the two sides of the house, so we can't install them for you in advance, but we will put them in the middle of the house for shipping, and after you receive the goods, you just need to put the cabinets on both sides of the house and then simply put them together and install the windows by yourself. As for the flooring, plumbing, electrical, window frames, etc., we will install them for you in advance. So basically you can say that expandable container house is a turnkey house, after you receive the house, you only need to do a simple set up, and then you can directly live in it.
